OSRAM supports repair shops with powerful advertising material
Turning light tests into increased sales
At the start of this year's lighting season, and with particular focus on road safety, there is an important date for all drivers - the appointment with the local repair shop for a light test. From October 1 to 31 OSRAM, as the official partner and promoter of the Light Test, is supporting repair shops with some powerful material that will raise awareness and increase sales. Each year the Light Test makes a major contribution to road safety.
Powerful advertising material
The OSRAM Lighting Test package for automobiles will equip repair shops perfectly for the rush of customers during the lucrative Light Test weeks. It contains 20 x H4 and 10 x H7 automotive lamps. These two 12V standard lamps cover almost all makes of automobile. The package also includes free advertising material such as the special "2007 Light Test Sticker" (50 off) for windshields and the "12 V Campaign Poster".
Also this year OSRAM is offering an appropriate package for trucks. This package can be requested via wholesalers and contains lamps, posters and stickers. Anyone ordering 24V lamps to a value of 200 euros will receive two "24 Volt Campaign Posters" specially designed for the Truck Light Test and 50 stickers per poster.
The Light Test - an important contribution to road safety
As before, the Light Test this year is all about road safety. The high umber of accidents at night clearly indicates the immense importance of an annual inspection of all the lights on a vehicle for the safety of all road users. The tests carried out over the past few years have shown that more and more drivers were on the roads with poor or faulty lights without realizing it, putting themselves and other road users in danger.
